  • Tom Brady A Low-End QB1 In Week 7

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is a low-end QB1 this week against the Raiders. The QB has been decent this season but posted a season-low 166 yards last week in the blowout win over Green Bay. Nevertheless, that was because the Bucs had a comfortable lead for most of the game. Brady is a great streaming option against a Raiders squad allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to QBs.

  • Mike Evans Is Tom Brady's Favorite Red-Zone Target

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans has been quarterback Tom Brady's favorite weapon when the team is inside the red zone this year. Four of Evans' five red-zone touchdowns have come on plays in which he was lined up out wide. The 6-foot-5, 231-pounder is great in one-on-one matchups and jump-ball scenarios and is 4-for-4 for 10 yards and 24 total points on such plays in 2020. Evans has scored a league-high four red-zone touchdowns against press coverage, but he's only gained six yards on those plays near the goal line. He's also scored his five total red-zone touchdowns on five different types of routes, so he can beat defenders all kinds of ways near the goal line. The 27-year-old had his worst outing in Week 6 against Green Bay (one catch, 10 yards) and broke a five-game scoring streak. He'll look to bounce back on Sunday night against the Raiders and will be a touchdown-dependent WR2 in that matchup.

  • Tom Brady Tosses Two Touchdown Passes

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady completed 17 of 27 passes for 166 yards and two touchdowns in a 38-10 victory over the Packers. Brady stepped up in the first half, as Green Bay jumped out to a 10-0 lead after one quarter of play. The veteran signal-caller was precise in the red zone, firing one touchdown pass to Tyler Johnson and another to old pal Rob Gronkowski. Otherwise, Brady's arm simply wasn't needed in a game that quickly got out of hand, explaining the relatively unimpressive numbers. Tampa Bay may need a better performance out of Brady next week against a Raiders team that has exceeded expectations so far.

  • Tom Brady Has Upside Against Packers

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady will face the Packers and their high-octane offense in Week 6. Green Bay comes into the contest scoring a league-high 38 points per game while allowing 25.3 per game. In short, they've found themselves in a lot of shootouts, which bodes well for Tom Brady, who is coming off a Week 5 dud against the Bears. In addition, Brady will have Mike Evans (ankle) and Chris Godwin (hamstring) together in the lineup for the first time since Week 3, which turned out to be a three-score game for the future Hall-of-Famer. The Bucs will need to put up points to win this one and Brady should be able to do damage against Green Bay's 25th-ranked pass-DVOA defense. He should be started as a low-end QB1 with upside.

  • Tom Brady Tosses For 253 Yards

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady went 25-for-41 for 253 yards and a touchdown in the Thursday night loss to the Bears. It was a tough night for the QB against a ferocious Bears Defense and it didn't help that his receiving corp came in injured. Nevertheless, the QB has been serviceable this season in fantasy and is a QB1 most weeks. Brady will now get 10 days off before facing Aaron Rodgers and the Packers.

  • Tom Brady A Low-End QB1 In Week 5

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is a low-end QB1 for the Thursday night matchup against the Bears. The 43-year-old has been on absolute fire the past two games, throwing for nearly 700 yards and eight total touchdowns. While it's encouraging to see the QB getting in a groove with his new team, expectations should be tempered this week considering the Bears have allowed the second-fewest points to fantasy QBs.

  • Tom Brady Dissects Chargers Defense For Five Scores

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady enjoyed his best game as a member of the team. Brady completed 30 of 46 passes for 369 yards with five touchdowns and one interception, which was returned for a touchdown. The 43-year-old shook off a tough interception and proceeded to play like the Tom Terrific that Patriots fans grew accustomed to, as he spread five touchdowns to five different receivers. It was an extremely impressive performance against a strong Chargers' pass defense, though it should be noted they were without several key starters. Still, Brady showed that he has several QB1 performances left in his arm. He'll look to stay hot against the Bears in Week 5.

  • Tom Brady More Of A QB2 Against Chargers

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady faces a tough matchup against the Chargers in Week 4. The Chargers rank 14th in the league in pass DVOA and have been pretty stingy against the pass, though their best games have come against Joe Burrow and Teddy Bridgewater. They'll also be without their best corner Chris Harris Jr. (foot) for the contest. Still, Brady will be playing without Chris Godwin (hamstring) against a Chargers Defense that holds the fifth-highest quarterback pressure rate in the NFL. He could do enough to have a decent floor, but Brady's ceiling this week is very low.

  • Tom Brady Tosses Three Touchdowns

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady went 25-for-38 for 297 yards and three touchdowns in the Week 3 win over Denver. Brady has slowly grown more comfortable in this offense and he took full advantage against an ailing Broncos squad. Brady should remain in the QB1 tier most weeks considering his talent and the weapons around him.

  • Tom Brady A QB2 For Week 3

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady should be considered a QB2 for Week 3. Brady has started the season thus far with three touchdowns and three picks while only throwing for 217 and 239 yards, respectively. This week, he will face the Broncos, a team he has often times struggled against. Not helping the matter is the fact that Denver is middle-of-the-pack in points allowed to opposing QBs. Start Brady only in two-QB leagues this week.

  • Tom Brady So-So In Win Over Panthers

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady completed 23 of 35 passes for 217 yards, a touchdown and an interception in a victory over the Panthers. Brady looked better than he did in Week 1, though it's definitely not one of his better fantasy performances. The 43-year-old looked like he was on his way to a strong performance after the first half, but sputtered in the second half for just 19 passing yards and an interception. It should be noted that Tampa Bay was in the lead the whole game, so there was no need to rely on Brady that much with the way their defense was playing. Perhaps facing a depleted Broncos secondary in Week 3 could be just what the doctor ordered for Brady.

  • Tom Brady Should Bounce Back Against Carolina

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady gets a good matchup in Week 2 against the Carolina Panthers. The results weren't pretty in his first appearance as a Buc, as the 43-year-old tossed two interceptions and struggled with accuracy throughout the contest. Fortunately, the Panthers are an easier defense to dissect than the Saints' unit and Brady should have some added motivation after being called out by head coach Bruce Arians. Tampa Bay will likely lean on the running game more against Carolina's suspect run defense, which will limit Brady's upside. Still, he should be able to post low-end QB1 numbers in this contest, despite the possibility of Chris Godwin (head) being absent.

  • Tom Brady Tosses Two Picks In Buccaneers Debut

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady had a tough debut with his new team, going 23-for-36 and getting 239 passing yards with two touchdowns and two picks. Brady notably threw a pick-six in the contest as well. The legendary QB's debut with his new team didn't go as well as hoped, but that also attributes to him still forming rapport with his new receivers. A better matchup awaits next week in the Panthers, who just allowed 34 points to the Las Vegas Raiders. Look for Brady to try and have a rebound performance then.

  • Tom Brady A QB1 For Week 1

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady will make his debut with a new team for the first time in his career, and it will be a heavyweight battle against a divisional opponent in the Saints. Brady has a plethora of weapons in Tampa, and this should be a high-scoring affair. When it comes to Brady, it seems age is just a number. The 43-year-old should be considered a QB1 this week against a New Orleans team that ranked in the middle of the pack in fantasy points to opposing QBs.

  • Tom Brady Looks Good In First Scrimmage

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians said that quarterback Tom Brady looked good in his first scrimmage at Raymond James Stadium on Friday. "I thought Tom was very efficient. Good job of leadership." Arians said he had "a hell of a day." He's overall pleased." Brady said he didn't have any butterflies in his first scrimmage with his new team. Even though the future Hall of Famer is 43 years old, he's still hungry for another ring, and reports of his declining arm strength have been off base in camp. The microscope will be firmly on Brady in his first season away from the Patriots. He has weapons galore in the passing game, but it's best to treat Tom Terrific as more of a low-end QB1 at this stage of his career in a new system.

  • Tom Brady Throwing Deep Passes In Training Camp

It seems age is just a number for Tom Brady. Per ESPN, the 43-year-old quarterback was seemingly heaving 50-60 yard passes in practice on Monday according to head coach Bruce Arians. In addition, Brady is continuing to develop more chemistry with his wide receivers and tight ends, including Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Scotty Miller. The former Patriot is seemingly adjusting decently to his new offense and the fact that his arm strength is still this strong at his age bodes well for his fantasy value. Brady can be considered a low-end QB1 for 2020.
