A.T. Perry Starts In Preseason Finale
New Orleans Saints rookie receiver A.T. Perry started Sunday's preseason finale, hauling in three passes for 12 yards on four targets. The sixth-round rookie made some splash plays in preseason Week 1, but struggled to get anything going the past two weeks. He should be on the right side of the roster bubble as the fourth or fifth receiver in New Orleans, but with Jontre Kirklin and Shaquan Davis impressing it will be a situation worth monitoring until Tuesday passes. Perry is an intriguing dynasty stash given his elite college production and his size/speed combo.

New Orleans Saints rookie wide receiver A.T. Perry caught three of his five targets for 22 yards in the team's 22-17 preseason win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Perry got the start Sunday with New Orleans resting their stars and he caught Jameis Winston's first pass of the game. The sixth-round pick out of Wake Forest couldn't quite replicate the 6-for-70 line he put together in the preseason opener, with his longest reception going for just nine yards. Perry remains behind Chris Olave, Michael Thomas, and Rashid Shaheed on the Saints' depth chart and does not need to be drafted in standard-sized redraft leagues.

New Orleans Saints rookie wide receiver A.T. Perry had a strong NFL debut, grabbing all six targets for 70 yards and a touchdown on a strike from Jameis Winston. All of his damage was done in the first half. Perry was drafted in the sixth round out of Wake Forest and looked like a draft day steal in his debut. His 6-3, 205-pound frame gives him the physical tools needed to be a legit WR1, and his dominant college stats don't lie (26 touchdowns over the past two seasons). Perry is worth a flier in late rounds given the Saints have an ambiguous group of weapons and should be stashed on all dynasty teams.

Perry was drafted by the Saints in the sixth round of the 2023 NFL draft after spending four seasons at Wake Forest. The team has not shed any light on Perry's injury or indicated how long he would be sidelined once training camp opens. Perry is unlikely to have much of a role in fantasy in the 2023 season.
