  • George Pickens Finishes With 57 Yards In Week 12

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens caught three of his six targets for 57 yards and added a two-point conversion in a 24-17 win over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 12. Pickens led the Steelers in receiving while finishing second on the team in targets in the Monday night victory. In what has been common this year, the rookie wideout made an exceptional catch with a defender in close coverage down the right sideline for a 35-yard gain during the first half. Pickens is going to be inconsistent in the Pittsburgh offense but he has shown the potential to be a top-shelf wide receiver in the NFL. He will be a flex play in Week 13's road matchup against the Atlanta Falcons.

  • George Pickens A Flex Option In Week 12

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens is coming off a solid game that saw him catch four passes for 83 yards and a touchdown against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11. Pickens will look to build upon that performance in a road matchup against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 12's Monday night game. The Colts represent a difficult matchup for Pickens as they are allowing the fewest fantasy points in the league to opposing wide receivers. Pickens has emerged as Kenny Pickett's favorite receiver in the passing game but he should be treated as a boom/bust flex option in fantasy heading into Week 12.

  • George Pickens Finds The End Zone In Week 11

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens caught four of his six targets for 83 yards and a touchdown in a 37-30 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11. Pickens found the end zone in the second quarter on a 24-yard pass from Kenny Pickett. The rookie wideout now has two touchdowns on the season as he has shown excellent chemistry with Pickett on the year. Pickens will look to keep it going on the road in a tough matchup against the Indianapolis Colts.

  • George Pickens A High-End WR3 In Week 11

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens has been quiet of late, having only caught three of seven targets for 32 yards over his past two contests. He will look to break out against the Cincinnati Bengals at home in Week 11. The Bengals have been tough against wide receivers this season, allowing the eighth-fewest fantasy points per game to the position in nine contests while their pass defense ranks as the ninth-best in the league in DVOA. Pickens has plenty of potential but he also carries a boom/bust element with him in what has been a middling Pittsburgh offense in 2022. Treat Pickens as a high-end WR3 in fantasy heading into Week 11.

  • George Pickens Rushes For Touchdown Vs. Saints

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens caught three of his four targets for 32 yards and added 23 yards and a touchdown on two carries in a 20-10 win over the New Orleans Saints in Week 10. Pickens had a quiet day through the air but his efforts on the ground allowed him to finish as a productive fantasy wide receiver in Week 10. Pickens has been an inconsistent fantasy option in 2022 but he should see plenty of opportunities in the passing game with Chase Claypool now a member of the Chicago Bears. Pickens will be a WR3 in Week 11 against the Cincinnati Bengals.

  • George Pickens A WR3 Vs. Saints In Week 10

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens should see a larger role moving forward after the team traded away Chase Claypool at the trade deadline. Pickens will slide into the No. 2 WR chair for the first time in a Week 10 home matchup against the New Orleans Saints. The Saints represent a neutral matchup for Pickens as they are allowing the 15th-most fantasy points per game to the wide receiver position in 2022. Pickens is playable as a boom/bust WR3 heading into Week 10 and he should be in most starting lineups in fantasy moving forward.

  • George Pickens Held Without A Catch In Week 8

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens was unable to catch any of his three targets in a 35-13 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 8. Pickens was coming off an impressive six-catch, 61-yard, one-touchdown day back in Week 7 but he couldn't get anything going against a tough Philly secondary in Week 8. Pickens has shown flashes of his potential in 2022 but a struggling Pittsburgh offense has made him an inconsistent flex option in fantasy. He will be on bye in Week 9 before a Week 10 matchup against the New Orleans Saints.

  • George Pickens A WR3 Vs. Philadelphia

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens will head on the road to take on the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 8. Pickens has come on strong of late, catching the first touchdown of his career in Week 7 and finishing with at least six catches and 61 receiving yards in three of his past four games. The Eagles represent a difficult matchup for Pickens as they are allowing the 22nd-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts in 2022. That being said, Pickens appears to be rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett's favorite target and should see enough work to be treated as a WR3 in Week 8 against Philly.

  • George Pickens Scores TD In Week 7

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens caught all six of his targets for 61 yards and a touchdown in a 16-10 loss to the Miami Dolphins in Week 7. The touchdown grab was the first of Pickens' career and was an impressive one as he made a leaping, spinning grab in close coverage in the end zone and managed to get both feet down inbounds. Pickens is getting better on a weekly basis for the Steelers and now has 26 catches for 338 yards and a touchdown through seven games. He will draw a difficult matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 8.

  • George Pickens A Flex Play In Week 7

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens will head on the road to take on the Miami Dolphins in Week 7's Sunday night game. Miami's defense is a plus matchup for Pickens as they are allowing the eighth-most fantasy points per game to the wide receiver position. Pickens had a quiet outing in Week 6, breaking a two-game stretch where he caught 12 passes for 185 yards. The rookie wideout has certainly flashed his talent this season but he is going to have some up-and-down performances in a Pittsburgh offense that has been spreading the ball around. Treat him as a boom/bust flex option in Week 7 against Miami.

  • George Pickens Makes Three Catches In Week 6

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens caught three of his six targets for 27 yards and added a one-yard run in a 20-18 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 6. Pickens finished third on the team in receiving in somewhat of a letdown after his 102-yard breakout performance two weeks ago. The rookie receiver out of Georgia has now caught 20 passes for 277 yards through six contests. Pickens will look for his first career touchdown in a plus matchup against the Miami Dolphins in Week 7.

  • George Pickens A Solid Flex In Week 6

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens has put together an excellent two-game stretch, having caught 12 passes for 185 yards over that span. The team's switch to rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett has been beneficial to Pickens as the former has focused on getting him the ball. The Steelers will take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at home in Week 6 as 9.5-point underdogs. Tampa Bay has been decent against the pass in 2022 as they are allowing the 20th-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts. Pickens is on the board as a solid flex option in fantasy for Week 6.

  • George Pickens Goes For 83 Yards In Week 5

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens caught six of his eight targets for 83 yards in a 38-3 loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 5. Pickens wound up leading the Steelers in both catches and receiving yards while finishing second behind only Diontae Johnson in targets. The rookie wideout has now posted two consecutive big games as he appears to be on the cusp of a breakout. Looking like a must-start WR3 moving forward, Pickens should be in fantasy lineups for a Week 6 showdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

  • George Pickens A Flex Option In Week 5

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens had a breakout performance in a loss to the New York Jets in Week 4, catching six passes for 102 yards. Pickens will look to build upon that encouraging performance in a Week 5 showdown against the Buffalo Bills. The Bills represent a tough matchup for Pickens as their defense is allowing the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to the wide receiver position in 2022. Pickens appears to have built some chemistry with new starting quarterback Kenny Pickett, but the tough matchup is a cause for concern this weekend. Treat Pickens as a boom/bust flex option in fantasy in Week 5.

  • George Pickens Goes For 102 Yards In Week 4

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens caught six of his eight targets for 102 yards in a 24-20 loss to the New York Jets in Week 4. Pickens led the Steelers in receiving yardage while finishing second on the team in targets and catches in what was a breakout performance for him. The rookie showed chemistry with fellow rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett in the loss after the team benched starter Mitch Trubisky at halftime. Pickens is looking like a priority waiver add in any league where he was dropped heading into a Week 5 showdown against the Buffalo Bills.

  • George Pickens' Week 4 Outlook For Fantasy Football

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens made the catch of the season in a Week 3 loss to the Cleveland Browns. That being said, the talented rookie has not been used very heavily in a Steelers offense that is last in the league in total yards per game. Pickens will look to post a big game at home against the New York Jets in Week 4. Until the Pittsburgh offense starts moving the ball better, Diontae Johnson is the only trustworthy Steelers receiver in fantasy. Treat Pickens as a boom/bust flex option for Week 4.

  • George Pickens Catches Three Passes In Week 3

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens caught three of his seven targets for 39 yards in a 29-17 loss to the Cleveland Browns in Week 3. Pickens made what could be the catch of the year on an Odell Beckham-like play in which he caught a 36-yard pass with one hand while falling backward with a Cleveland defender in close coverage. The rookie wideout set career highs across the board after pointing out his lack of opportunities in the media earlier in the week. Pickens remains a stash in dynasty but this Pittsburgh offense isn't scoring enough points to trust him in starting lineups against the New York Jets in Week 4.

  • George Pickens Has Been A Decoy

Pittsburgh Steelers rookie wide receiver George Pickens said he was running free in the secondary in Week 2 against the Pittsburgh Steelers "probably 90 percent" of the time. But the Steelers have used Pickens nothing more than a decoy so far through two weeks in one of the worst passing offenses so far. He has only two catches for 26 yards on six targets despite playing 92 snaps in two games. Most of the 21-year-old's routes have been vertical go-routes in order to pull off a cornerback deep down the field. Pickens' role hasn't materialized yet in his first NFL season, but fantasy managers will need to be patient with this one. He remains stash-worthy in deeper leagues, and if he ever does get more involved, he could put up some explosive numbers because of his size and speed.

  • George Pickens' Week 3 Outlook For Fantasy Football

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens is off to a slow start in his rookie season, having caught just two passes for 26 yards through two games. Pickens drew plenty of attention thanks to a productive preseason but he has not translated that success to the regular season just yet. He will travel to Cleveland to face the Browns in Week 3's Thursday game. Pickens is not a recommended fantasy start heading into that game.

  • George Pickens' Week 2 Outlook For Fantasy Football

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens garnered plenty of attention based on his productive preseason but he didn't fare as well in his regular-season debut, catching just one ball for three yards. The rookie wideout will look to bounce back in a home matchup against the New England Patriots in Week 2. On the positive side, Pickens saw plenty of playing time in Week 1, playing on 71.4% of the offensive snaps. Pickens remains a strong hold in dynasty but he's nothing more than an end of roster stash in redraft leagues moving forward. Pickens should not be in fantasy lineups in Week 2.

  • George Pickens Catches One Ball In Week 1

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens caught one of his three targets for three yards in a 23-20 overtime win over the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1. Pickens was a popular pick in fantasy after a productive preseason but he wasn't able to get much going in his NFL debut. That being said, he did draw a flag in the end zone in the second quarter after Cincy defender Chidobe Awuzie had pass interference called on him. Pickens should not be dropped just yet, but he needs to be on fantasy benches heading into a Week 2 matchup against the New England Patriots.

  • George Pickens A Low-End Flex In Week 1

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver George Pickens will make his NFL debut in a road game against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1. Pickens earned rave reviews in training camp, causing plenty of hype to surround the rookie. The 21-year-old's Week 1 outlook is dependent on the injury status of Diontae Johnson, who has been limited in practice with a shoulder injury. If Johnson plays, fantasy managers can treat Pickens as a low-end flex option. If Johnson is inactive, Pickens becomes interesting as a WR3 against a Cincinnati defense that allowed the 18th-most fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers in 2021.
