  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Disappears In Week 12 Win

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. hauled in just one of his three targets for eight yards in a Week 12 win over the Denver Broncos. With Sam Darnold at quarterback, the Carolina offense looked much improved but relied heavily on the run and attempted only 19 passes. Marshall will hope to bounce back after a Week 13 bye when the Panthers face off against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 14.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Limited Thursday

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. (shoulder) was a limited participant in practice for the second straight day this week on Thursday. It doesn't seem that Marshall's shoulder injury is serious enough to keep him from facing the Denver Broncos in Week 12 on Sunday, but fantasy managers will want to check back for Friday's final injury report. The 22-year-old has 17 receptions on 31 targets for 320 yards and one touchdown in eight games in his second NFL season, but he'll be a shaky WR4/5 in deeper fantasy leagues if he plays this weekend. The Panthers will have a new starting quarterback (Sam Darnold) for the third time in as many weeks this weekend against a stingy Broncos defense.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Not Yet A Fantasy Starter

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. has been operating as the team's WR2 in recent weeks and will look to build chemistry with quarterback Baker Mayfield in a Week 11 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Marshall's best two career performances came in Weeks 8 and 9 with PJ Walker (ankle) under center as he was not integrated as a full-time player earlier in the season. Sunday will give Marshall a great chance to prove himself with Mayfield as the Ravens have allowed the fifth-most PPR fantasy points per game to wide receivers this year. Fantasy managers should consider stashing Marshall to see what happens, but he cannot yet be trusted in starting lineups.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Makes The Most Out Of One Reception

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. finished with one reception for 43 yards on two targets in a Week 10 victory over the Atlanta Falcons. Marshall looked great on his one big play of the night, breaking tackles and gaining over 30 yards after the catch. Unfortunately, he was not asked to do much else as PJ Walker only attempted 16 passes while Carolina leaned heavily on the run. If Marshall is still available in your fantasy league, he should be a priority waiver claim this week. A nice matchup against the Baltimore Ravens is on tap for Week 11.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Should Stay Involved In Week 10

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. posted the first top-20 fantasy performance of his career last week and is solidifying himself as the team's WR2 going forward. He will once again be a key piece of Carolina's offense in a Week 10 divisional showdown against the Atlanta Falcons. Marshall was a popular addition from waiver wires this week and should now be rostered in most leagues after seeing 7.5 targets per game over his last two contests. With winds expected to reach upwards of 20 miles per hour on Thursday night, though, it might be wise to wait another week before deploying the 22-year-old in starting lineups. He should be viewed as no more than a desperation flex in deeper leagues this week.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Scores First Career Touchdown In Week 9

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. finished with three receptions for 53 yards and a touchdown on six targets in a Week 9 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Marshall's first career score came on a 21-yard pass from quarterback Baker Mayfield in the fourth quarter with the game out of reach. The 22-year-old's involvement over the past two weeks is noteworthy as he seems to have established himself as the WR2 in Carolina. Marshall will be worth a look on the waiver wire this week ahead of a Week 10 matchup with the Atlanta Falcons.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Worth Monitoring In Week 9

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. is coming off of the best game of his young career and will look to stay involved in a Week 9 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. Marshall was the second-most targeted player on the Panthers last week and finished with 87 yards on four receptions against the Atlanta Falcons, but Cincinnati presents a much more difficult test to opposing wide receivers than Atlanta. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor Marshall's role in the offense, but he cannot yet be deployed in starting lineups.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Posts Career-Highs In Targets And Yards

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. finished with four receptions for 87 yards on nine targets in a Week 8 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. This was a career game for Marshall, who had never tallied more than six targets or 48 yards before Sunday. With Robbie Anderson and Christian McCaffrey recently traded, the second-year man is becoming more involved in the offense. He will be a name to monitor going forward and could be an intriguing waiver add in deeper fantasy leagues this week.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Not On Fantasy Radar

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. played on 86 percent of offensive snaps last week in the team's first contest without Christian McCaffrey and Robbie Anderson. He has a strong case to be Carolina's WR2 moving forward and will have a great opportunity to prove himself against a struggling Atlanta Falcons secondary in Week 8. The former second-round NFL Draft pick is an intriguing stash in dynasty formats but cannot be considered in starting fantasy lineups for the time being.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Catches Two Passes In Week 7 Win

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. finished with two receptions for 31 yards on three targets in a Week 7 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The second-year man posted his highest yardage total of the season in his first contest without Robbie Anderson and Christian McCaffrey on the team. DJ Moore was clearly the favorite target of quarterback PJ Walker, but Marshall has a strong case to be Carolina's WR2 going forward. He is unlikely to make much of a fantasy impact this season but now seemingly has life in dynasty leagues.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. To See More Opportunities

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. is set to see more opportunities moving forward after the team traded away Robbie Anderson earlier this week. "Terrace (Marshall) is going to get a lot of opportunities moving forward," offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo said on Thursday. Alongside Marshall, Shi Smith, Rashard Higgins and Laviska Shenault Jr. (hamstring) should have bigger roles the rest of the season for the rebuilding Panthers. Even more targets would become available if they trade away star running back Christian McCaffrey. Marshall won't have much upside in an offense that is currently being run by third-string quarterback P.J. Walker, but he's worth a look as a waiver-wire pickup in deeper leagues as WR depth. The 22-year-old former second-rounder has just four catches on five targets for 30 yards in three games in 2022.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Will Look To Stay Involved In Week 6

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. earned his first four targets of the season last week and could see additional opportunities in a Week 6 matchup with the Los Angeles Rams. Laviska Shenault Jr. (hamstring) has already been ruled out for Sunday's contest, and Robbie Anderson (illness) is considered questionable to play. Marshall and Shi Smith would become necessary options for quarterback PJ Walker if Anderson is unable to suit up. Assuming Marshall's snap count continues to increase as the season progresses, he could be worth a stash in deeper leagues but is not on the radar for starting fantasy lineups at this point.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Has Four Receptions In Week 5 Loss

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. hauled in all four of his targets for 30 yards in a Week 5 blowout loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Marshall was a healthy scratch in each of the past two weeks but saw some action on Sunday with Laviska Shenault Jr. (hamstring) inactive. Two of his four receptions came on the Panthers' final drive with PJ Walker at quarterback, but it's still good to see the 2021 second-round NFL Draft selection earn targets. He is worth stashing in dynasty fantasy leagues but is not yet on the radar in normal redraft formats.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Inactive, Laviska Shenault Jr. Active

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. is inactive in Week 4. After struggling to find a role through the first two games, Marshall has now been a healthy scratch for two consecutive contests. Robbie Anderson, Shi Smith, and Laviska Shenault will fill depth roles alongside starting wide receiver DJ Moore.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr. Inactive In Week 3, Laviska Shenault Active

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. is a healthy scratch in Week 3. After struggling to find a role through the first two games, he won't suit up against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday. Shi Smith projects as the Panthers' No. 3 receiver while Laviska Shenault is in line to make his Carolina debut.

  • Terrace Marshall Jr.'s Role Uncertain In Week 1

Second-year wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. will take the field for the Carolina Panthers in their Week 1 home opener against the Cleveland Browns. Despite being a second-round NFL Draft selection, Marshall failed to post any meaningful stat lines as a rookie last season. He will have a better opportunity to do so this year with an upgraded quarterback in Baker Mayfield. Until he proves himself at the professional level, though, Marshall is just a dynasty stash and should not be on your roster in redraft fantasy football leagues.
