Tyler Bass Ranks Among The Best Versus Miami

Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass had a busy first half in last Sunday's 37-3 rout of the Washington Commanders, making good on his first 36-yard attempt of the game. Bass then nailed a 54-yard try right down the middle at the first half's two-minute warning before pushing another 34-yard boot through on Buffalo's last drive of the half following a takeaway. The fourth-year man is now a flawless 17-for-17 on all kicks this season, and next takes on the Miami Dolphins in Week 4. Scoring chances should be bountiful in Sunday's divisional battle, so fantasy managers can lock in Bass arguably as the slate's top kicking selection.

Tyler Bass A Strong Week 3 Play, But Weather May Play A Factor

Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass was called upon for just one field-goal attempt, a 29-yarder, in Week 2's 38-10 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders. The 26-year-old hit five extra-point tries in the blowout, but he could be summoned for additional FG tries in Week 3 against the 2-0 Washington Commanders. Though, Washington allowed the second-fewest fantasy points per game (4.41) to kickers in 2022. Bass' presence in such a potent offense, however, should maintain his status among the top-five kicking plays for Sunday's clash. He's a perfect 10-for-10 on kicks this season, but fantasy managers should monitor the weather forecast ahead of Sunday's contest with significant rain headed all across the East Coast this weekend.

Tyler Bass Buries Six Kicks Versus Raiders

Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass hit his lone field-goal attempt and five extra-point tries in Sunday's 38-10 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders. The 26-year-old's Week 2 was not as eventful as his Week 1 when he knocked a game-tying kick off the upright and through to force overtime. Nonetheless, Bass converted a 29-yard boot in the fourth quarter to tack on a few more points during Buffalo's trouncing of the overmatched Raiders. He wasn't needed much in this one otherwise, sinking five other one-point kicks in the easy victory. Bass prepares next for a Week 3 battle with the Washington Commanders.

Tyler Bass - Week 2 Outlook for Fantasy Football

Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass hit all four of his kicks in Week 1's loss to the New York Jets. The 26-year-old most notably forced overtime with a banked-in 50-yard field goal in the fourth quarter's waning seconds. After accumulating 13 fantasy points in the season opener, Bass will be back in the mix as one of Week 2's best bets at the kicker position. The fifth-year man figures to see plenty of opportunities in a contest where Buffalo could score a lot of points, and be playing from ahead. Bass is a must-start in all formats in Sunday's home opener.

Tyler Bass Banks In Game-Tying Field Goal Despite Loss

Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass hit all three of his field-goal attempts along with an extra-point try in Monday's 22-16 loss to the New York Jets. The 26-year-old knocked a 40-yard try through the uprights after Buffalo's drive stalled out in the red-zone area following a Josh Allen sack. Bass split the sticks once more, this time for 34 yards, near the end of the first half. Finally, he bounced a 50-yarder off the left upright and in to knot the game at 16 points apiece, forcing overtime. It was a perfect night in the box score for the fourth-year kicker, but it could have been a more disappointing evening if not for the fortuitous doink. Bass should be in the running for the top play at his position in a Week 2 tilt versus the Las Vegas Raiders in the Bills' home opener.

Tyler Bass Could Be Busy Against Jets

Buffalo Bills kicker Tyler Bass starts his 2023 campaign on Monday night against the New York Jets. The 26-year-old has operated as a bankable option over his three-year Bills career, hitting 85.6% of his field-goal attempts in this span. Bass owns the luxury of functioning from one of the league's premier offenses, and it's worth mentioning Buffalo only went for it on fourth down 13 times a year ago. New York's mostly impenetrable defense relinquished the second-highest fantasy points per game to kickers (8.00) in 2022, so Bass could be summoned quite a bit in this one if the Bills are unable to consistently push the ball into the end zone. In what could be a closely-contested battle, the fourth-year kicker is a top-shelf play at the position.
