  • Devin Duvernay Facing Two-Month Recovery Timetable

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay (foot) suffered a broken bone in his foot during practice on Tuesday and was placed on season-ending Injured Reserve, according to a source. Duvernay faces a recovery timetable of about two months and should make a full recovery for the 2023 season. The 25-year-old speedster had a career-high 407 receiving yards and found the end zone three times on 37 receptions in 14 games, but it was a disappointing effort considering the season-ending injury to No. 1 receiver Rashod Bateman (foot) earlier in the year. The Ravens were already thin at the position before Duvernay's injury, and now they'll be working with Demarcus Robinson, DeSean Jackson and James Proche II as their top wideouts. They also claimed veteran Sammy Watkins off waivers on Tuesday. Robinson should be the most steady of the bunch for fantasy purposes the rest of the way.

  • Devin Duvernay Placed On Injured Reserve

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay (foot) has been placed on the injured reserve. This escalated quickly as Duvernay left practice early on Tuesday due to a foot issue. Now, the 25-year-old could very well be done playing for the rest of the season. Possibly, Duvernay returns during the postseason, but that remains to be seen. Luckily, the Ravens claimed wide receiver Sammy Watkins off waivers from the Green Bay Packers. The expectation is that Watkins is going to have a legitimate role in this offense right away. Fantasy managers who are extremely desperate for production at wide receiver should consider adding Watkins. Hopefully, Duvernay will be fine for the beginning of next season.

  • Devin Duvernay Turns In Nondescript Game

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay finished Week 15 with two receptions for 29 yards on three targets. Yet another game ends in a very disappointing fashion, especially when the offense as a whole could only muster 126 yards through the air. The last time Duvernay had more than 35 yards was back in Week 7 and the last time he found the endzone was even further back in Week 3. The Atlanta Falcons defense presents an opportunity to regain some relevance, but the Ravens offense needs to prove some worth before recommending to start Duvernay in a fantasy matchup.

  • Devin Duvernay A High Risk Type Of Play In Week 15

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay will enter Week 15 having to play with either the second or third-string quarterback. Since Tyler Huntley has cleared concussion protocol, it looks like he'll most likely receive the start but John Harbaugh has yet to officially announce it. The Cleveland Browns are ranked 17th against opposing wide receivers but with a quarterback who can run and a good crop of running backs against the 30th-ranked defense against running backs, nothing is adding up to say that Duvernay will have a successful week.

  • Devin Duvernay Fails To Catch His Lone Target

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay wasn't able to haul in a single catch and was only targeted once during the team's win in Week 14. The speedy 25-year-old wasn't involved in any running plays either but returned one punt and one kickoff for a combined 28 yards. This passing offense is in shambles at the moment as the top two quarterbacks have both gotten hurt now. Duvernay is not a recommended fantasy option going into Week 15 against the Browns.

  • Devin Duvernay A Risky Play Versus Pittsburgh

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay played in 94% of the offensive snaps last week and still finished as the WR47. In Week 14, with a backup quarterback in the mix, Duvernay will be hard to trust. He's been a boom-or-bust type of option all year but hasn't entered the top 25 since Week 8. The only thing going in his favor is that the Pittsburgh Steelers are ranked 31st against opposing wide receivers. With that being said, he's more of a desperation play than anything else.

  • Devin Duvernay Posts Quiet Game In Week 13

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay caught six passes for 34 yards and gathered nine rushing yards on two carries during the team's Week 13 win over the Denver Broncos. He was involved mainly in dink-and-dunk plays all game long. The silver lining was that he caught all six of his targets and he had a decent day in the kick return department. He'll have to build some more chemistry with Tyler Huntley if he's going to be under center for an extended time. Last season, he didn't see many targets from Huntley when he took over. He'll be a risky flex option in Week 14 against the Steelers.

  • Devin Duvernay Not A Fantasy Option For Week 13

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay continues to act as the Ravens' No. 1 wideout, but he isn't producing as one. On Sunday in the team's 28-27 loss to the Jaguars, Duvernay played the most offensive snaps (56) of any receiver on the team, yet he still couldn't convert those opportunities into production. He caught three passes for 23 yards and rushed for 16 yards. In a season mired by disappointment, the Baltimore speedster is averaging 7.3 fantasy points per contest over the last six games and only 3.1 targets. He is facing a tough Broncos defense in Week 13 and with better options out there, Duvernay should be on fantasy benches, if not the waiver wire.

  • Demarcus Robinson, Devin Duvernay Active Sunday

Baltimore Ravens wide receivers Demarcus Robinson (hip) and Devin Duvernay (hamstring) are officially active for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. Both players had been listed as questionable entering the weekend. Robinson has emerged as Baltimore's No. 1 receiver, catching 16 passes for 204 yards over his last three games. He ranks as a WR4 in fantasy football this week. Meanwhile, Duvernay has underperformed, catching just nine passes for 95 yards over his last five contests. He offers some upside in the special teams department but should still be benched in most fantasy leagues.

  • Demarcus Robinson, Devin Duvernay Expected To Play Sunday

Baltimore Ravens wide receivers Demarcus Robinson (hip) and Devin Duvernay (hamstring) are expected to be active for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. Robinson has emerged as Baltimore's No. 1 receiver, catching 16 passes for 204 yards over his last three games. He ranks as a WR4 in fantasy football this week. • Devin Duvernay, Demarcus Robinson Questionable

Baltimore Ravens wide receivers Devin Duvernay (hamstring) and Demarcus Robinson (hip) are both listed as questionable for Week 12 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Duvernay popped up on Friday's injury report after putting in a limited practice. Robinson was a DNP on Thursday but practiced in full Friday. Duvernay has seen just two targets since taking over as Baltimore's No. 1 wideout when Rashod Bateman (foot) was lost for the year, so it's an understatement to say he can't be trusted in starting fantasy lineups, especially with his injury to consider. Robinson should be able to play, but he'll be a boom/bust WR4/flex if he's active. The 28-year-old had nine catches for 128 yards last week, so if Duvernay is inactive, Robinson will become more attractive as a deep-league flex play.

  • Devin Duvernay Not In The Mix For Week 12

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay had one reception for three yards and one rush for four yards during the Week 11 win over the Panthers. It was the second consecutive week the 25-year-old had only one target and one reception. Duvernay seems to have relinquished WR1 duties to Demarcus Robinson, who led the team in targets on Sunday with nine. With star tight end Mark Andrews back in the fold, Duvernay should only be a desperation option in deeper leagues for Week 12 against Jacksonville. Otherwise, the Ravens receiver should be riding fantasy benches.

  • Devin Duvernay Remains Unimpressive In Week 11

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay turned his lone target into a three-yard reception during Sunday's win over the Carolina Panthers. He also rushed for four yards. Despite expectations that Duvernay could thrive with Rashod Bateman on IR, the 25-year-old has massively underwhelmed, registering just 12 scrimmage yards over his last two games. It's too early to drop him in redraft formats, but you certainly shouldn't start him in Week 12 no matter how enticing his matchup against the Jaguars might be.

  • Devin Duvernay Falls Flat On Monday Night

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Devin Duvernay was expected to do more in Monday night's win over the New Orleans Saints with both Rashod Bateman (foot) and tight end Mark Andrews (knee, shoulder) out. Duvernay caught his only target in the passing game for five yards while playing a season-high 74 percent of the offensive snaps. Quarterback Lamar Jackson spread the ball around to 10 different players, so no Ravens pass-catcher really had a chance at a strong fantasy performance in this one. Bateman is done for the year, so Duvernay should have better games moving forward, but he's also failed to reach 50 receiving yards in four straight games, so fantasy managers shouldn't be expecting too much in Baltimore's run-first offense.
