  • Dawson Knox Has Tough Matchup In Week 13

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox has been a frustrating player to roster all season long. He has only surpassed 50 receiving yards twice this season. Last week, Knox finished with two receptions for 17 yards in the win over the Detroit Lions. Now, he'll get an even tougher challenge against the New England Patriots in Week 13. It's unlikely that Knox has much success against this elite secondary. He'll be a low-end TE2 for Thursday Night matchup.

  • Dawson Knox Quiet In Win

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox was unable to make much of an impact during Thursday's game. He hauled in both of his targets for 17 yards in the win over the Detroit Lions. This was a disappointing outing considering quarterback Josh Allen attempted 42 passes during this game. It's unlikely that things are going to get better for Knox going forward. He'll have a tough matchup against the New England Patriots next week. Knox will be on the TE2 radar for that game.

  • Dawson Knox Has TE1 Upside Against Lions

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox surprisingly saw plenty of action last week. Knox hauled in all seven of his targets for 70 yards in the win over the Cleveland Browns. It seems like the Bills are trying to get Knox more involved now. He has produced back-to-back weeks with over 50 receiving yards. That being said, Knox could be in for another solid game against the Detroit Lions in Week 12. A defensive unit that has allowed the fourth-highest passing yards to tight ends this season. Knox should be able to hold low-end TE1 value for this game.

  • Dawson Knox Hauls In Seven Receptions

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox was surprisingly productive during Sunday's Week 11 matchup against the Cleveland Browns. Normally, Knox is an afterthought in this offense, but not this week. He hauled in all seven of his targets for 70 yards in the win over the Browns. The Bills struggled to move the ball downfield, so they used Knox as a safety blanket in this game. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect that to happen every week. Knox should be considered a low-end TE1 against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving.

  • Dawson Knox Has Low-End TE1 Value

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox surprisingly put together a good performance last week. Knox finished with four receptions and a season-high 57 receiving yards in the loss to the Minnesota Vikings. It was nice to see Knox actually get involved, but fantasy managers shouldn't expect it to last long. The Bills tend to lean on other receiving options, which leaves Knox as an afterthought most weeks. It's also worth noting, Knox has a tough matchup against the Cleveland Browns in Week 11. A team that has done a solid job at containing tight ends this season. Knox should be considered a low-end TE1, but fantasy managers shouldn't get their hopes up for a repeat performance.

  • Dawson Knox Has Four Catches In Week 10

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox had four catches for 57 yards during the Week 10 loss to Minnesota. Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis combined for 18 catches for 221 yards, leaving Knox little room to get involved. The 25-year-old had nine touchdowns last season. However, he has only two through eight games in 2022-23, so it's safe to say he's taken a significant step in the wrong direction. With that said, fantasy managers should think twice before starting him in Week 11 against the Cleveland Browns.

  • Dawson Knox Has TE2 Value For Week 10

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox has not reached 45 receiving yards in a single game this season. There was some hope that the 2022 season would be a breakout year for Knox. However, he continues to have a minimal role in this offense and remains a touchdown-dependent option most weeks. He'll get a decent matchup against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10. A defense that is middle of the pack when it comes to defending tight ends. That being said, Knox should be on the TE2 radar for this game.

  • Dawson Knox Finishes With Three Receptions

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox was quiet just like most of this offense during their Week 9 matchup against the New York Jets. The Bills had a tough time moving the ball during this game, which ended up being a bad day for most of their offensive players. Knox hauled in three of his four targets for 25 yards in the loss. At this point, Knox is looking like a touchdown-dependent option in fantasy leagues. He normally doesn't get more than three or four targets per game. He'll be on the TE2 radar for their matchup against the Minnesota Vikings next week.

  • Dawson Knox Could Bounce Back In Week 9

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox has yet to reach 45 receiving yards in a single game this season. The 25-year-old has scored in back-to-back games, but his fantasy value is looking touchdown-dependent right now. Luckily for him, the New York Jets have struggled against tight ends this season. A defensive unit that is allowing the ninth-highest total of passing yards to tight ends so far. Possibly, the Bills look more often at Knox during this game with tight ends being a weakness for the Jets defense. That being said, Knox should be considered a low-end TE1 for this upcoming Week 9 matchup.

  • Dawson Knox Finds The End Zone In Week 8

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox is starting to become a touchdown-dependent option in fantasy leagues. On Sunday, Knox hauled in two of his three targets for 10 yards and a touchdown in the win over the Green Bay Packers. Knox has five receptions for 47 yards and two touchdowns over his last two games. The good news is, the Bills are involving Knox near the end zone. He has proven to be a reliable red zone target, so the Bills should continue throwing to him in that situation. He'll be on the radar as a low-end TE1 against the New York Jets next week.

  • Dawson Knox Has Tough Matchup In Week 8

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox has failed to reach 45 receiving yards in a single game this season. The 25-year-old has taken a back seat to Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. The good news is that Knox does usually make the play when called upon. He's hauled in 15 of his 20 targets, but sadly it has only turned into 148 yards and one score. It won't get any easier with a matchup against the Green Bay Packers in Week 8, a defense that has allowed the second-lowest yardage to tight ends this season. Knox should be considered a TE2 who could very well end up being a touchdown-dependent option on Sunday.

  • Dawson Knox Scores Clutch Touchdown

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox hasn't exactly been heavily involved in the offense this season. The Bills continue to have a pass-heavy offense, but Knox doesn't always benefit from it. However, Knox played well during Sunday's Week 6 matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs. The 25-year-old hauled in all three of his targets for 37 yards and a touchdown in the win. Knox came down with the 20-yard score to take the lead late in the fourth quarter. It's tough to imagine Knox having TE1 fantasy value going forward. He's a decent TE2, but often times ends up being touchdown dependent.

  • Dawson Knox To Play In Week 6

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (foot/hamstring) will play against the Kansas City Chiefs after missing last week's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Knox hasn't had a boom fantasy performance yet, but it could come in this game that's expected to be a shootout. Fantasy points against statistics should be thrown by the wayside in this game as both elite quarterbacks should be able to score points. Knox's upside is huge this week and he should be started over all no-brainer starting fantasy tight ends.

  • Dawson Knox Limited In Wednesday's Practice

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (hamstring, foot) was limited in Wednesday's practice. It's a good start to the week after Knox missed the team's Week 5 blowout win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. If he's able to return for a Week 6 matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs, Knox would be on the TE2 streaming radar in what is expected to be a high-scoring affair. The 25-year-old has been a disappointment for fantasy managers after his breakout 2021 season, as he's caught 12 of 17 targets for 111 yards and no touchdowns through four games this year. With Knox sidelined last week, Quintin Morris stepped up with three catches on five targets for 39 yards against Pittsburgh.

  • Dawson Knox, Jordan Poyer Ruled Out Against Steelers

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (foot) and safety Jordan Poyer (ribs) have both been ruled out for the Week 5 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers by head coach Sean McDermott. The Bills will also be without veteran slot receiver Jamison Crowder (ankle) for at least the next four games after he was placed on Injured Reserve. And Isaiah McKenzie (concussion) is up in the air while still being the league's concussion protocol. The Bills also ruled out wideout Jake Kumerow (ankle). With Knox out, Tommy Sweeney should serve as the top tight end for Buffalo, but fantasy managers can do better if they're looking for a TE2 streamer. Receivers Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis could be busy in this one.

  • Dawson Knox Misses Thursday's Practice

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (foot, hamstring) missed practice for the second straight day on Thursday because of foot and hamstring ailments. The 25-year-old has just 111 receiving yards through four games this season, averaging just 4.3 targets per game despite being in the pass-heavy Josh Allen-led offense. Knox will likely need to get in some practice time on Friday to have a shot at suiting up in Week 5, so fantasy managers should keep an eye out on his status. If he is able to play against the Steelers, he should be valued as more of a high-end TE2 option.

Oct 6 · Source via Bills Dawson Knox
  • Dawson Knox Listed As DNP To Begin The Week

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (foot, hamstring) did not take part in the team's practice on Wednesday due to foot and hamstring ailments. He's dealing with two new injuries after being listed on last week's injury report with back and hip injuries. The 25-year-old has been really beat up early in the year and hasn't returned TE1 numbers through four games, catching 12 of his 17 targets for 111 yards and no touchdowns after he found the end zone a career-high nine times in 2021. Fantasy managers must keep an eye on Knox's practice status the rest of the week leading up to the Week 5 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. If active, he'll be more of a high-end TE2 play for fantasy managers.

  • Dawson Knox Gets Targeted Six Times

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox is normally a forgotten man in the offensive scheme. However, he was tied for the team lead in targets during the Week 4 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Knox hauled in three of his six targets for 40 yards in the win. The 25-year-old is playing through multiple injuries and is still able to make an impact. Fantasy managers should take this outing from Knox as a win. He is a useable option at tight end for the Week 5 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

  • Gabe Davis, Dawson Knox Active In Week 4

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Gabe Davis (ankle) and tight end Dawson Knox (back, hip) are both officially active for the Week 4 contest against the Baltimore Ravens. Both players came into this one with questionable tags but were fully expected to play, so fantasy managers should keep them locked into their starting lineups. Davis returned in the Week 3 loss to the Miami Dolphins and caught three of six targets for just 37 yards. The 23-year-old isn't fully healthy, though, but he'll work opposite Stefon Diggs on the outside against a Ravens secondary that has given up a lot of passing yards early on. Knox hasn't done a ton yet in fantasy, catching only nine receptions for 71 yards through three games. He'll be a low-end TE1/high-end TE2 option for fantasy managers against Baltimore.

  • Dawson Knox Likely Good To Go On Sunday

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (hip, back) is expected to suit up for the Week 4 meeting with the Baltimore Ravens. The 25-year-old practiced sparingly during the week and was classified as questionable. However, it appears he'll be good to go, so Josh Allen will have one of his favorite targets on the field in a game that may turn into a shootout. With that said, Knox only has nine catches for 71 yards this season. While he remains one of the better tight ends in the league, he has always been a hit-or-miss option for managers, especially since his fantasy usefulness is usually contingent on whether or not he finds the end zone

  • Dawson Knox Questionable For Week 4

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (back, hip) was limited in practice all week and draws a questionable tag for the Week 4 contest against the Baltimore Ravens. Barring a setback on Saturday, Knox has a pretty good shot of being active for Sunday's game. After a career year in his third NFL season in 2021, Knox has gotten off to an underwhelming start for fantasy managers through three games this year. He has nine catches on 11 targets for 71 yards and has yet to find the end zone. Sunday's game against Baltimore could turn into a shootout, though, so perhaps Knox will have his best game of the early season. The 25-year-old has become more of a high-end TE2 in the early going of 2022.

  • Dawson Knox Logs A Limited Practice Wednesday

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (back, hip) was a limited participant in the team's practice on Wednesday. Knox was listed as questionable with a foot injury heading into Week 3 but was able to suit up for the contest. Buffalo is likely playing it safe with Knox as it sounds like he is just dealing with some back and hip soreness. Knox is yet to catch a touchdown this season after recording nine in 2021. Fantasy managers will hope he can turn things around in a Week 4 bout with the Baltimore Ravens, assuming he is able to play.

  • Dawson Knox Catches Four Passes In Week 3

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox caught all four of his targets for 25 yards in a 21-19 loss to the Miami Dolphins in Week 3. Knox has been quiet in 2022, with his four targets tying a season-high set in Week 2. The veteran tight end now has nine receptions for 71 yards and no touchdowns through three games after he scored nine times in 2021. Knox will look to get back on track against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4.

  • Dawson Knox Draws Questionable Tag

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (foot) is listed as questionable for Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins. Knox missed practice on Wednesday but was limited on Thursday and Friday, giving him a chance to suit up Sunday. He had just one catch for five yards in the season opener before being more productive in Monday night's blowout victory over the Tennessee Titans, when he caught four of his five targets for 41 yards. The 25-year-old will serve as a low-end TE1 play in fantasy if he's active. If he is held out this Sunday against Miami, Tommy Sweeney and Quintin Morris would be battling for pass-catching duties at the position in Buffalo.

  • Dawson Knox Gets In Limited Practice Session

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (foot) was able to get through a limited practice session on Thursday. This is an upgrade after Knox was unable to practice on Wednesday. The fact Knox was able to practice on Thursday is a good sign for his availability this weekend. Knox hasn't made much noise through the first two weeks of the season, which is a bit concerning. It's also worth noting that wide receiver Gabe Davis (ankle) is trending in the right direction for Sunday's Week 3 matchup. That being said, Knox could end up as a forgotten man once again. He'll be a touchdown-dependent option in most formats for Week 3.

  • Dawson Knox Misses Practice With Foot Injury

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox (foot) was added to the injury report this week due to a foot injury, and he was unable to practice on Wednesday. Safety Jordan Poyer (foot), who was limited, was also added this week. Knox played 69 percent of the offensive snaps in the Week 2 blowout win over the Tennessee Titans on Monday night, and he was more involved than in Week 1, catching four of five targets for 41 yards. The 25-year-old still has a couple more days to return to practice before a Week 3 matchup with the Miami Dolphins, so fantasy managers must monitor his status closely. If he's unable to play this Sunday, it would open up more playing time for Tommy Sweeney and Quintin Morris at the position.

  • Dawson Knox Collects Four Receptions In Win

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox was expected to have a bigger role than normal on Monday with wide receiver Gabe Davis (ankle) sidelined. However, Knox wasn't able to do much with his opportunities. The 25-year-old finished with four receptions for 41 yards in the win over the Tennessee Titans. None of the Bills receivers did much outside of Stefon Diggs during this contest. It's a shame that both Knox and Isaiah McKenzie didn't have bigger roles without Davis available. The expectation is that Davis will return for the Week 3 matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Knox is falling hard and should be considered a high-end TE2 right now.

Sep 20 · Source via Bills Dawson Knox
  • Dawson Knox Has Back-End TE1 Value

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox had a slow start to the season during the season opener last week. The 25-year-old hauled in one of his two targets for five yards in the win. Knox is hit and miss, which is certainly frustrating for fantasy managers. Despite that, he could be worth the gamble in Week 2. The Bills could be without Gabe Davis (ankle) who is questionable for the upcoming matchup against the Tennessee Titans. Knox is likely to see increased targets, assuming Davis sits out. He should have low-end TE1 value for this upcoming matchup.

  • Dawson Knox Is Barely Involved On Thursday

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox was unable to make much of an impact during Thursday's season opener against the Los Angeles Rams. To be fair, it wasn't really his fault as the targets weren't there for him. Knox hauled in one of his two targets for five yards in the victory. A majority of the passing targets went to the wideouts, which is going to be a problem for Knox. He'll certainly have his fair share of high workload games, but also have plenty of duds. Knox should remain on the radar as a low-end TE1 for their Week 2 matchup.

  • Dawson Knox Reaches Four-Year Extension With Bills

The Buffalo Bills agreed to a four-year, $53.6 million contract extension with tight end Dawson Knox on Wednesday, according to sources. The deal includes $31 million guaranteed and makes him one of the highest-paid tight ends in the league. Knox set career-highs in 2021 with 49 catches for 587 yards and nine touchdowns in the regular season, and he was Buffalo's second-most targeted player in the red zone (18 times), behind only No. 1 wideout Stefon Diggs. In three years with the Bills, the former third-rounder has caught 101 passes for 1,263 yards and 14 touchdowns. Knox will remain a key part of Buffalo's high-octane passing offense in 2022 and should be considered a weekly TE1 for fantasy purposes. He'll get the Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams on Thursday night to kick off the 2022 regular season.
