  • Josh Allen Remains Strong Fantasy Play

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen looked seemingly unstoppable versus the Indianapolis Colts last week. He threw for 324 yards with two touchdowns and rushed for 54 yards and another score. Allen has put himself into the MVP conversation and should remain a strong fantasy option against the Baltimore Ravens. • Bills To Approach Josh Allen About Potential Contract Extension

The Buffalo Bills will approach quarterback Josh Allen's agents about a potential huge contract extension this spring or summer after his breakout 2020 campaign. Allen is coming off an MVP-caliber regular season and has two years left on his current deal. The 24-year-old could end up as one of the highest-paid QBs in the NFL, if not the highest paid, but some of it will be determined by what the 2021 salary cap looks like. Allen racked up 4,544 passing yards on 572 attempts (69.2 completion percentage) for 37 touchdowns and just 10 interceptions. He also ran the ball 102 times for 421 yards and an additional eight touchdowns on the ground. Allen has taken the next step in his third season and has become an elite dual-threat quarterback. He's the top fantasy option on wild-card weekend and will easily be a top-three fantasy QB in 2021.

  • Josh Allen Has Strong Fantasy Appeal Against Colts

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen surprised quite a few people and put himself in the MVP conversation this season. He threw for 4,544 yards with 37 touchdowns and 10 interceptions and that was just what he did through the air. Allen also made a significant impact with his legs. The former first round pick is set for a Saturday playoff matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. A team that has been fairly reliable when it comes to stopping the pass. However, at this point you cannot count out Allen and his gifted ability. He'll remain one of the better streaming options at QB for this weekend.

  • Josh Allen Torches Dolphins In First Half

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen had seemingly no issues against the Miami Dolphins in Week 17. He completed 18 of 25 passing attempts for 224 yards and three touchdowns with one interception in the blowout victory. Allen was rested during the second half because the Bills were absolutely destroying Miami. He finishes the regular season with an impressive 45 touchdowns on the year. Allen also set a franchise single-season record for passing yards with 4,544. He is well deserving of an MVP nomination and should be an elite fantasy option heading into next season.

  • Josh Allen Active, But No Guarantee He Plays Entire Game

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is active for Sunday's game against Miami, but Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network says that there's no guarantee Allen plays the entire game. The Bills are only playing for seeding at this point, so they could decide to end Allen's day early to keep him fresh for the playoffs. It's a genuine concern, though players in season-long leagues who have Allen as their QB almost have to cross their fingers and start him. He's worth avoiding in DFS contests, though.

  • Josh Allen Gets Tough Matchup In Week 17

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has put himself in the MVP conversation with his outstanding play this season. He looks to wrap up the regular season on a high note versus the Miami Dolphins. However, that won't be easy considering the Dolphins have a top-10 pass defense right now. Although, Allen threw for 415 yards and four touchdowns during their last meeting earlier this season. Despite a tough challenge, Allen will remain a top tier fantasy option in Week 17.

  • Josh Allen Tosses Four Touchdowns Against Patriots

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen continues to make a strong push towards the MVP conversation. He was absolutely lights out during the Week 16 blowout victory over the New England Patriots. Allen completed 27 of 36 passing attempts for 320 yards and four touchdowns with zero interceptions in this one. He also added four rushing attempts for 35 yards, but obviously most of his impact was through the air here. Allen should remain an elite fantasy option in an important game against the Miami Dolphins next week.

  • Josh Allen Looks To Stay Hot Versus Patriots

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has put himself in the MVP conversation with his performance this season. The third-year quarterback has thrown nine touchdowns and two interceptions over his last four games. However, he's heading into a matchup against a fairly strong pass defense in the New England Patriots. A secondary that has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. Regardless, the dual threat quarterback will remain a top tier fantasy option for Week 16.

  • Josh Allen Scores Four Touchdowns In Win

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen had seemingly no issues against the Denver Broncos Defense in Week 15. He completed 28 of 40 passing attempts for 359 passing yards and two touchdowns without an interception in the win. He also rushed three times for 33 yards and two touchdowns on the ground. Allen absolutely destroyed the banged up Broncos secondary. He surpassed the 4,000 yard mark for passing yards this season and continues to push himself higher in the MVP conversation. He'll remain an elite QB1 for the rest of the fantasy season.

  • Josh Allen A Reliable Option Versus Denver

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has put himself in the MVP conversation with his performance this season. Sadly, he didn't turn in the best game versus the Pittsburgh Steelers last week, but is looking to rebound in Week 15. He'll get a fairly favorable matchup against the Denver Broncos. A secondary that has been average at stopping the passing attack this season. Fantasy managers can continue to lean on Allen as an elite QB1 going forward.

  • Josh Allen Plays Well In Tough Matchup

Allen completed 24 of 43 passing attempts for 238 yards with two touchdowns and one interception in the win. He also rushed six times for 28 yards on the ground. It wasn't a perfect outing by Allen, but it did pretty much what was expected from him. He'll remain an elite QB1 against the Denver Broncos next week.

  • Josh Allen Gets Tough Matchup In Week 14

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has a tough challenge ahead of him against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 14. A defense that has allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. However, Allen has played fantastic this season and put himself in the MVP conversation. Fantasy owners shouldn't expect Allen to destroy the Steelers Defense this week. Although, they should be able to lean on him as a reliable QB1.

  • Josh Allen Has Taken The Next Step

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen ranks in the top five in completion percentage (fourth at 69.9), pass and rushing yards (fourth, 3,725), pass and rush TDs (fourth, 32) and 20-plus yard passes (third, 48). He's also seventh in passer rating (105.9). Allen has joined Russell Wilson and Patrick Mahomes as the only QBs with 3,700-plus combined pass and rush yards and 30-plus combined pass and rush TDs. He's on pace for 4,966 combined pass and rush yards, 42 combined pass and rush TDs and a 105.9 passer rating. Only six QBs in history have hit those marks. He's the only QB to have 375-plus passing yards, three-plus pass TDs and an 80-plus completion percentage in 2020, and he's done that twice. Allen is facing a tough Steelers Defense in Week 14 on Sunday night, but he's clearly a must-start QB1 for fantasy managers.

  • Bills Give Brandon Beane A Multi-Year Extension

The Buffalo Bills signed general manager Brandon Beane to a multi-year contract extension on Thursday that will keep him in Buffalo through the 2025 season. Buffalo has become an AFC East division favorite and one of the top squads in the AFC under Beane. Head coach Sean McDermott signed an extension through the 2025 season back in August. The duo returned Buffalo to the playoffs in their first season in 2017, and it was the first time the team made the playoffs since 1999. The Bills can clinch another postseason berth in Week 14 against the Steelers on Sunday night. Quarterback Josh Allen has come into his own and really has taken the Bills offense to another level in 2020.

  • Josh Allen Remains Elite QB1 For Week 13

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (knee/ankle) is on the injury report, but is expected to suit up for the Week 13 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. The team has not limited him in practice, so it sounds like he'll be good to go here. The 49ers Defense is beginning to get healthy, but it's tough to slow down the Bills offense. Allen should remain a top tier QB1 this week despite the tough matchup.

  • Josh Allen Lands On Week 13 Injury Report

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen (ankle, knee) was on the team's Week 13 injury report on Thursday, but he was a full participant in practice. Allen should be all systems go for Week 13 against the 49ers on Monday night. San Francisco's defense has been getting healthier and improving in recent weeks and have been pretty decent against opposing signal-callers in terms of fantasy points allowed all season. They've allowed just 217.6 passing yards per game, which is the second-lowest mark in the NFL through 12 weeks. Allen has been a bit of a boom-or-bust QB1 this season, but his rushing ability makes him a must-start in single-year formats. The Niners have been good against the pass, but they've been vulnerable to QB rushes, allowing a league-high 335 rushing yards to the position.

  • Josh Allen Held In Check By Chargers

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen had a tough time getting much going during the Week 12 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. He completed 18 of 24 passing attempts for 157 yards with one touchdown and one interception. He also rushed nine times for 32 times and one touchdown on the ground. It wasn't the best performance by Allen, but he shouldn't have issues bouncing back against the San Francisco 49ers next week. Fantasy owners can consider him a top tier QB1 for that one.

  • Josh Allen Has Favorable Matchup Against Chargers

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has looked better over the last two games after going through a somewhat mid-season slump. He'll get a favorable matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 12. A secondary that has allowed 17 passing touchdowns over their last seven games. The Chargers struggle to contain the air attack and Allen loves throwing it deep. Fantasy owners should be able to trust Allen as a reliable QB1 for this matchup.

  • Josh Allen Throws For Nearly 300 Yards

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen posted a solid performance last week and followed that up with a decent game in Week 10. Allen completed 32 of 49 passing attempts for 284 yards with two passing touchdowns and two interceptions. He also rushed seven times for 38 yards on the ground in the loss to the Arizona Cardinals. That's not all, Allen also caught a 12-yard pass for a touchdown as well. Allen was doing a little bit of everything in this game. He should remain a top tier quarterback option against the Los Angeles Chargers following their Week 11 bye.

  • Josh Allen Could Have Trouble With Cardinals

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was finally able to break out of his slump against the Seattle Seahawks last week. He completed 31 of 38 passing attempts for 415 yards with three touchdowns and zero interceptions in the win. It's not surprising to see Allen destroy the league-worst secondary. He'll get a tougher matchup against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 10. A secondary that has been decent at defending the passing attack this season. Fantasy owners can continue to lean on Allen, but don't expect another 400-yard performance.

  • Josh Allen Comes Up Big Against Seahawks

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen had a huge Week 9 game against the Seattle Seahawks, going 31-for-38 for 415 yards and three touchdowns. He added seven carries for 14 yards and a rushing score as well. Questions had arisen about Allen's recent play as some of his accuracy issues had returned, but those questions didn't come into play on Sunday. While Seattle's defensive woes may have been a major contributor to Allen's success in this one, his huge weekly ceiling makes him a clear QB1 play on a weekly basis.

  • Josh Allen Should Rebound In Week 9

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has been producing fairly average numbers since his outstanding first four weeks of the season. Fantasy owners should continue to lean on Allen even with him being average lately. He'll have a favorable matchup against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 9. A secondary that has allowed the second-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. The Bills are expected to go to the air often versus Seattle and they should succeed. Fantasy owners should expect Allen to be a reliable QB1 this week.

  • Josh Allen Continues Fantasy Slump

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has not looked like the same player that he did during the first four games of the regular season. He completed 11 of 18 passing attempts for 154 passing yards with zero touchdowns and one interception in the Week 8 win over the New England Patriots. He somewhat salvaged his fantasy value by getting 23 yards and one touchdown with 10 carries on the ground. Allen should have QB1 value against the shaky Seattle Seahawks secondary next week.

  • Josh Allen A QB1 Versus Patriots

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has slowed down a bit after his monster beginning to the season. He completed 30 of 43 passing attempts for 307 yards and zero touchdowns with zero interceptions in the victory over the New York Jets in Week 7. It was a game where Allen was expected to have a huge fantasy game, but he was unable to get much done through the air. He salvaged his fantasy value with 11 carries for 61 yards on the ground. He'll get a chance to bounce back against the New England Patriots in Week 8. Fantasy owners should be able to lean on Allen as a QB1 here.

He completed 30 of 43 passing attempts for 307 yards with zero touchdowns and zero interceptions in the win. Allen was the leading rusher in this game with 61 yards on 11 carries, which helped salvage his fantasy value. This was a surprising dud from Allen, but he is expected to bounce back against the New England Patriots in Week 8.
