JuJu Smith-Schuster Signs With Patriots
Former Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has agreed to a three-year $33 million deal to join the New England Patriots. Smith-Schuster is coming off a Super Bowl victory with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2022. On the year, he caught 78 of his 101 targets for 933 yards and three touchdowns. The 26-year-old has a 1,400-yard season on his resume. He'll help replace Jakobi Meyers, who just departed to join the Las Vegas Raiders. Smith-Schuster is arguably the best wide receiver Mac Jones will play with during his young career, so hopefully, the team will be able to turn things around on that side of the ball in 2023.

Patriots Eyeing JuJu-Smith Schuster, Odell Beckham Jr.
Wide receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster and Odell Beckham Jr. are reportedly drawing interest from the New England Patriots in free agency. Smith-Schuster is coming off a Super Bowl victory with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2022. On the year, he caught 78 of his 101 targets for 933 yards and three touchdowns. Meanwhile, Beckham did not play in 2022 after tearing his ACL in the Rams' Super Bowl victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. He held a workout for some NFL teams recently and is on the hunt for a new home for the 2023 season. Either addition would help a lackluster Patriots' receiver group that just lost Jakobi Meyers to the Las Vegas Raiders.

Chiefs Will Attempt To Re-Sign Juju Smith-Schuster
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster is set to be a free agent this offseason. The organization is expected to attempt to re-sign Smith-Schuster, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. He originally joined the Chiefs on a one-year deal last offseason, but is expected to seek a multi-year deal now. Smith-Schuster finished with 78 receptions, 933 yards, and three touchdowns with the Chiefs last season. He's not exactly the same playmaker as he used to be, but could still be a reliable slot option for the Chiefs.

Chiefs Expected To Tag Orlando Brown Jr. Again, Want To Re-Sign JuJu Smith-Schuster
Jettisoning the likes of Tyreek Hill and Tyrann Mathieu, the Chiefs retooled a bit this past offseason. Patrick Mahomes and Chris Jones‘ cap numbers ballooned from 2021, but the team managed to build a Super Bowl-winning roster. Two components of that blueprint are in Kansas City’s 2023 plan. The Super Bowl champions are not expected […]
Feb 13 · Pro Football Rumors Chiefs JuJu Smith-SchusterJuJu Smith-Schuster Leads Chiefs In Receptions In Super Bowl
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster caught a team-high seven passes in Sunday's Super Bowl victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. His nine targets were also his most of the season. Smith-Schuster finished the game with 53 receiving yards. After disappointing over the last month and going five games in a row with three or fewer receptions and 35 or fewer yards, Smith-Schuster picked a good time to get re-involved in the Chiefs passing attack. After an up-and-down season, Smith-Schuster will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, so it'll be hard to predict his future fantasy value until we know where he lands.

JuJu Smith-Schuster Is Risky Fantasy Option For Super Bowl
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has hit a rough patch over the last five games, failing to catch more than three passes in any of those contests. Last time out against the Bengals, Smith-Schusterwho was hampered by a knee issuecaught just one pass for seven yards. Smith-Schuster isn't on the injury report for the Super Bowl, so there's a chance that he bounces back and has his best game since mid-December, but it's hard to ignore how much he's struggled recently, especially against an Eagles defense that allows the fewest passing yards per game in the NFL.

JuJu Smith-Schuster Hopes To Stay With Chiefs
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster signed a one-year contract with the team last offseason and is hopeful to return next year. "Look where I'm at, I want to come back to this," the 26-year-old pending free agent stated when asked about his desire to stay in Kansas City. Smith-Schuster is gearing up for his first Super Bowl appearance after leading the Chiefs' wide receiver corps in targets, receptions, and yards during the regular season. If Smith-Schuster plays on at least 50 percent of offensive snaps in a win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, he will earn an additional $1 million.

JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kadarius Toney Good To Go
Kansas City Chiefs wide receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) and Kadarius Toney (ankle, hamstring) will not carry injury designations into Super Bowl LVII on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. Both wideouts missed practice all of last week and were listed as questionable for the big game a week ago, but they returned to practice this week and will play on Sunday. And with Mecole Hardman (pelvis) on Injured Reserve, both Smith-Schuster and Toney could have significant roles against a tough Eagles defense. Smith-Schuster had only three receptions for 36 yards in two playoff games, while Toney caught six passes for 45 yards and also rushed once for 14 yards. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes will likely continue to spread things around this weekend. Toney probably has the higher ceiling, but both receivers will be boom-or-bust in the Super Bowl.

Juju Smith-Schuster Fully Practices Wednesday
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. He was injured during the AFC Championship game against the Cincinnati Bengals and didn't practice at all last week. The 26-year-old was held out due to swelling in his left knee. After logging a whole session on Wednesday, Smith-Schuster is expected to be active for the Super Bowl against the Eagles. The Chiefs are banged up at wide receiver with Mecole Hardman (pelvis) on injured reserve and Kadarius Toney (ankle, hamstring) limited. Smith-Schuster has three catches for 36 yards in two games in the playoffs but should see an increase in target share with Hardman sidelined. With the recent lack of production, Smith-Schuster is mainly a boom-or-bust option for the Super Bowl's showdown DFS slate.

JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kadarius Toney Looking Good
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said that wide receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) and Kadarius Toney (ankle, hamstring) "looked good" during a light practice on Tuesday. The Chiefs will test both receivers when more intensive workouts start on Wednesday. Toney said on Monday night that he will play in the Super Bowl on Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles. Both Toney and Smith-Schuster were injured in the AFC Championship game against the Cincinnati Bengals and didn't practice at all last week. They were both listed as questionable, but as long as they are able to practice all this week, they should be active for the big game on Sunday. Smith-Schuster and Toney have been boom-or-bust for fantasy managers this year, although they could have more upside against Philly with Mecole Hardman (pelvis) on Injured Reserve.

JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kadarius Toney Questionable
Kansas City Chiefs wide receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) and Kadarius Toney (ankle, hamstring) both missed practice all week and are listed as questionable for the Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles on Feb. 12. Smith-Schuster and Toney were both forced out of the AFC Championship early with injuries, but the Chiefs remain optimistic that they will both be available for the Super Bowl after another week to rest up. Mecole Hardman (pelvis) also missed practice all week and is doubtful to play in the big game, so if Smith-Schuster and/or Toney are limited or out for the Super Bowl, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, rookie Skyy Moore and Justin Watson would be asked to step up in the passing game.

Chiefs Optimistic About JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kadarius Toney
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is particularly optimistic that wide receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) and Kadarius Toney (ankle, hamstring) will be able to play in the Super Bowl on Feb. 12 against the Philadelphia Eagles. "He's in a good place," Reid said about Smith-Schuster. Smith-Schuster and Toney have yet to practice this week, but they'll have another whole week to rest up before the big game. Smith-Schuster had just one catch for seven yards in the AFC Championship before getting hurt, while Toney had a nine-yard catch. We'll have a better read on their statuses for the Super Bowl next week, but with Mecole Hardman (pelvis) unlikely to play, it could mean more work for Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Skyy Moore and Justin Watson if Smith-Schuster and Toney are limited or out.

Juju Smith-Schuster Listed As A Non-Participant Wednesday
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) was listed as a non-participant for Wednesday's practice. Mecole Hardman (pelvis) and Kadarius Toney (ankle, hamstring) also didn't practice Wednesday. Smith-Schuster caught his only target for seven yards before exiting the AFC Championship game over the Bengals with a knee injury. The 26-year-old will have five more chances to practice to have a chance of suiting up in the Super Bowl against the Eagles. The former second-round pick has been limited to three catches for 36 yards over the team's last two playoff games. Smith-Schuster will have 11 days to recover from his knee issue but is expected to be available for the Super Bowl.

JuJu Smith-Schuster Suffers Knee Injury
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster suffered a knee injury in Sunday's AFC Championship Game. He finished the game with just one catch for seven yards. The former Steelers wideout has now finished with 35 yards or less in five consecutive games, so even if he's good to go in time for the Super Bowl, his recent production hasn't been encouraging. Keep an eye on the injury report to see which way Smith-Schuster trends over the next two weeks.

JuJu Smith-Schuster Is Risky Play In AFC Championship
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster will be a risky DFS option on Sunday against the Bengals based on how he's played recently. The former Steelers wideout has had three or fewer receptions in four consecutive games, including just two catches for 29 yards in last week's win over the Jaguars. Factor in that quarterback Patrick Mahomes is dealing with an ankle issue that will likely limit the team's passing attack some, and there's not much appeal to Smith-Schuster in cash DFS games, though he's intriguing as a contrarian play in tournaments.

JuJu Smith-Schuster Quiet In Playoff Win
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster caught a pair of passes for 29 yards in Saturday's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was only targeted twice. KC's game plan was altered by an ankle injury to Patrick Mahomes in the first half, which led to just two Chiefs getting targeted more than twice. Smith-Schuster will likely see more usage in the AFC Championship Game next week, but he'll be a fairly boom-or-bust DFS play based on his inconsistent play over the last month of the season.

JuJu Smith-Schuster A Risky Fantasy Option For Divisional Round
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has had an up-and-down season, but it ended on a low note, as he averaged 2.3 receptions for 27.7 yards and no touchdowns over the final three games of the season. His usage has been hard to predict all season, and it's made him a boom-or-bust fantasy option. That remains the case heading into the Divisional Round playoff game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. When these teams met during the regular season, Smith-Schuster was held to two catches for 33 yards. He's had nine games this season where he finished with under 50 receiving yards. Sprinkle him into some DFS lineups because of the appeal of this Chiefs offense in general, but don't go too heavy on Smith-Schuster this weekend.

JuJu Smith-Schuster Enters Week 18 On Downward Slope
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster has struggled over the past two games, catching just five total passes over that span. After Smith-Schuster was targeted 21 times in Week 14 and 15, he has just seven targets over the past two games as quarterback Patrick Mahomes has spread the ball around. Smith-Schuster had just 33 receiving yards in Week 5 when he last faced the Las Vegas Raiders, who KC will face on Saturday to close out the regular season. He looks like a boom-or-bust WR3 play right now.
