  • Donovan Peoples-Jones, Myles Garrett Active Against Steelers

Cleveland Browns rookie wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones (concussion), offensive tackle Jack Conklin (illness, knee), defensive end Myles Garrett (shoulder), defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson (neck) and offensive guard Wyatt Teller (ankle) are active for the wild-card game against the Steelers on Sunday night. It's great news for a Browns offense that will be without head coach Kevin Stefanski and Pro Bowl guard Joel Bitonio due to COVID-19. Peoples-Jones will be the No. 3 wideout behind Jarvis Landry and Rashard Higgins and will be a low-cost deep sleeper in DFS. Garrett has 12 sacks and 33 tackles in 14 games this year and was the No. 2 defensive lineman in IDP leagues in 2020. The Browns Defense is underrated but won't be a popular fantasy selection against Pittsburgh in the final game on wild-card weekend.

  • Myles Garrett Expected To Play In Week 13

Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said that he expects standout defensive end Myles Garrett to play in Week 13 against the Titans, barring any setbacks. Garrett was activated from the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Tuesday after missing the previous two games. The 24-year-old was the first overall pick of the 2017 draft and is one of the best pass-rushers in the NFL when he's healthy. The Pro Bowler has 31 tackles, seven tackles for loss, 14 QB hits, four forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and 9.5 sacks in nine games this season. He's a must-start defensive lineman in IDP leagues when he makes his return this Sunday. Cleveland's defense can't be trusted in fantasy formats, but Garrett's return gives them a much better chance at slowing down the NFL's leading rusher in Derrick Henry.

  • Myles Garrett Activated From COVID-19 List

The Cleveland Browns activated pass-rusher Myles Garrett from the Reserve/COVID-19 list on Tuesday and placed Ronnie Harrison Jr. (shoulder) on Injured Reserve in a corresponding move. Harrison may have a chance to return later in the season or for a potential playoff run. Garrett missed the last two games after a positive COVID-19 test, but he'll return to being a must-start defensive lineman in IDP leagues against Tennessee. They'll need Garrett to try to slow down the NFL's rushing leader in running back Derrick Henry after the Titans just whooped up on the Colts in Week 12. While the return of Garrett makes Cleveland's D much better, they're better off faded for their Week 13 meeting with Tennessee.

  • Myles Garrett On Track For Week 13

Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said that defensive end Myles Garrett is on track to be cleared by Wednesday. Garrett has missed the last two games after testing positive for COVID-19, but it looks like he's on track to return for Week 13 against the Titans. The 24-year-old pass-rusher has 31 tackles (23 solo), seven tackles for loss, 14 QB hits, a league-high four forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and 9.5 sacks in his nine games played this season. He's a continuous disruptive force on the defensive line and is a must-start IDP commodity when he's on the field. The Browns Defense is a much scarier unit when he's active, and it looks like fantasy managers should have him back this weekend.

  • Myles Garrett Won't Play In Week 12

Cleveland Browns pass-rusher Myles Garrett will miss the Week 12 game against the Jaguars after going on the COVID-19 list, according to head coach Kevin Stefanski. Garrett was put on the COVID-19 list several days ago and also missed the Week 11 win over the Eagles. He'll now be hoping to return for a Week 13 matchup with the Titans on Dec. 6. Despite missing the game against the Eagles this past Sunday, Garrett remains No. 1 among defensive lineman in fantasy points. The 24-year-old has 31 combined tackles, seven tackles for loss, 14 QB hits, a league-high four forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and a league-high 9.5 sacks in nine games. Cleveland's defense will miss him again this week, but they are still a prime fantasy unit while facing Jacksonville.

  • Myles Garrett Misses Practice Thursday, Hopeful To Play Sunday

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett (illness) missed practice both Wednesday and Thursday, throwing his availability for Sunday's game against Philadelphia into flux. But the organization expects Garrett to return in at least a limited capacity on Friday, which would begin to trend him in the right direction for taking the field. The Browns Defense -- and Garrett in particular -- is in a prime spot Sunday, facing an offense that allows the most sacks per game (3.9), while also being heavily turnover prone. Garrett is narrowing in on Defensive Player of the Year honors if he can keep up his elite level of production down the stretch, with his presence only fortifying the Cleveland defense as a must-start in any season-long format for the time being.

  • Myles Garrett Expected To Be Available For Next Game

Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said that defensive end Myles Garrett's (knee) injury suffered in the Week 8 loss to the Raiders was "nothing structurally significant so we should have him available definitely for the next ball game." The Browns have a bye in Week 9, so the timing is good for Garrett and he should be able to play in Week 10 against the Texans. The former first-round pass-rusher had three assisted tackles before leaving with his injury on Sunday. The 24-year-old failed to sack the opposing quarterback for the first time since the season-opener. As long as he doesn't suffer any setbacks, Garrett should be a must-start IDP defensive end against Houston in two weeks.

  • Myles Garrett Expected To Play Sunday

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett (ankle) was limited in practice on Friday, but head coach Kevin Stefanski expects Garrett to play in Week 8 against the Raiders. Garrett had another two sacks in the Week 7 win over the Bengals and now leads the NFL with nine sacks and four forced fumbles through seven weeks. He's also accumulated 22 combined tackles (19 solo), five tackles for loss, 13 QB hits and two fumble recoveries. The 24-year-old is a must-start IDP option at his position and should be available for fantasy managers this Sunday. His presence on the field will make things difficult for Las Vegas' offensive line and quarterback Derek Carr.

  • Myles Garrett Not Practicing Wednesday

Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett (ankle) is sitting out of practice on Wednesday. Garrett is a must-start IDP defensive lineman each and every week, so this is an injury to keep an eye on throughout the rest of the week. Garrett has a league-high nine sacks and four forced fumbles through seven weeks, including 22 combined tackles (19 solo), five tackles for loss, 13 QB hits and two fumble recoveries. The season-opener against the Ravens is the only game so far in 2020 where he has failed to record a sack. Cleveland's defense overall has given up a lot of points this year and aren't attractive from a fantasy point of view, but Garrett continues to be a pass-rushing beast. Raiders quarterback Derek Carr is hoping that Garrett's injury keeps him from playing in Week 8.
