  • Jake Elliott Misses A Field Goal In Week 6

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott missed his only field goal attempt in a Week 6 loss to the Tampa Bay Bucs. He did make both of his extra point tries, though. Elliott's miss came from 46 yards out. He continues to be a low-volume kicker with a below-average leg. He shouldn't be rostered in almost any fantasy format.

  • Jake Elliott - Week 6 Outlook for Fantasy Football

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott is not a good fantasy kicking option on Week 6's edition of Thursday Night Football. Elliott made a long field goal in Week 5 but still finished outside of the top-15 fantasy kickers. In fact, he's been outside of the top-15 every week except for a fluke Week 4 performance. Elliott shouldn't even be considered as a bye week filler in most formats this season.

  • Jake Elliott Makes A Long Field Goal In Week 5

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott made two field goals and an extra point in a Week 5 victory over the Carolina Panthers. Elliott, not known for a big leg, made a 58-yarder at the end of the first half. His other field goal was a more Elliott-like 30 yard kick. It wasn't a big sample as he only attempted three kicks, but this may have been the best game of the season for the Eagles kicker. He'll remain a waiver wire guy in most formats next week against the Bucs.

  • Jake Elliott Not An Exciting Option For Week 5

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott is not an exciting fantasy option for Week 5 lineups. Elliott finished as the overall K6 in Week 4, but averaged a K25 finish through the first three weeks. He's a low-volume kicker who can't make long kicks, making him a guy who should stay on almost every league's waiver wire.

  • Jake Elliott Makes Three Field Goals And Three Extra Points

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott made all three of his field goal tries and all three of his extra point attempts in a Week 4 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Elliott did basically everything right in this one, making field goals from 29, 25, and 31 yards out. That's Elliott's sweet spot, as he doesn't have the kind of leg to make longer field goals. This was an unexpected strong performance from a below-average fantasy kicker, giving more credence to leagues that have eliminated the kicker position because of its complete randomness outside of a few top options.

  • Jake Elliott Not A Week 4 Fantasy Option

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott is not a Week 4 fantasy starting option. Elliott did not even attempt a field goal against the Cowboys in Week 3, and has only made two field goals on three tries this season. He's a solid enough kicker on the field, but he is one of the lower volume guys in the league, making him a poor choice for a fantasy lineup. He can be left on almost all waiver wires.

  • Jake Elliott Kicks Three Extra Points In Week 3

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott made all three of his extra point tries in a Week 3 loss to the Dallas Cowboys. He didn't get a chance to kick a field goal, so he ended up with just three fantasy points in standard scoring leagues. Elliott has been good enough on the field this season, but he's not a high-volume or powerful kicker, severely limiting his fantasy upside.

  • Jake Elliott Not Exciting For Week 3 Lineups

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott is not an exciting option for Week 3 fantasy lineups. Elliott has made two of his three field goal tries and all three of his extra points this season, but he doesn't have a big enough leg to make long kicks and the Eagles offense generally just doesn't seem to come into too many kicking opportunities. Elliott is okay as a bye-week filler or last minute injury replacement, but he shouldn't be a every-week starter in any standard depth leagues.

  • Jake Elliott Makes Just One Field Goal In Week 2

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott only had two kicking attempts in Week 2 and made half of them, connecting on a 45-yard field goal. He didn't attempt an extra point and missed his other field-goal try, a 47-yard kick that was blocked. Elliott struggled for most of last season and plays on a team that looks like it might not have the strongest of offenses, making him a waiver wire bye-week filler, at best. Most leagues will have better starters available to stream each week.

  • Jake Elliott An OK Option For Week 2 Lineups

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott is an OK but thoroughly unexciting kicking option for Week 2 lineups. Elliott made a field goal and three extra points in Week 1, and as long as the Eagles offense keeps clicking, he should see plenty of chances to put points on the board. He doesn't have a big leg, though, and his accuracy was anything but great in 2020, leaving plenty of question marks for now. He's more of a bye-week fill-in kicker than a weekly starter.

  • Jake Elliott Makes All Four Of His Kicks In Week 1

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott made all four of his kicks in a Week 1 win against the Atlanta Falcons. Elliott only attempted one field goal, making it from 43 yards out. He made all three of his extra point tries as well. Elliott mostly struggled last season and doesn't have a strong enough leg to give him what little upside a kicker can have in fantasy. He's fine as a bye week filler, but shouldn't be starting every week in most fantasy formats.

  • Jake Elliott Not A Good Option For Week 1 Lineups

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott does not make for a good kicking option in fantasy lineups for Week 1. Elliott was overall bad in 2020, attempting just 19 field goals and putting up the lowest conversion rate of his career on both field goals and extra points. Part of his bad season can be attributed to the Eagles offense's struggles as a whole unit, but even with the offense expected to improve in 2021, Elliott is not a top-15 fantasy kicker. Almost all leagues will have a higher upside and safer floor option available on the waiver wire.

  • Jake Elliott Back At Practice On Sunday

Philadelphia Eagles kicker Jake Elliott (ankle) is back at Eagles practice in full pads on Sunday. Elliott missed Thursday's preseason game against the New England Patriots due to an ankle injury, but he is no longer listed on the injury report and should be good to kick for Friday's final Eagles preseason game. Assuming no setbacks, he'll then of course be ready to go for Week 1. Elliott was fine as a fantasy kicker last season, and could be even better this year as the Eagles offense overall is expected to improve. He won't be a guy who needs to go on draft boards, but he's fine as a weekly filler or as a guy to add if the kicker you planned on doesn't work out.
