  • Davante Adams An Easy WR1 Play

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams will take on the 49ers Sunday night in Week 3. After a quiet (by his standards) Week 1, Adams bounced back with eight catches for 121 yards last week against the Lions. Adams scored 18 touchdowns last season and will try and find the end zone for the first time against a 49ers secondary that currently is allowing the fourth fewest fantasy points to opposing receivers. Adams is a must-start WR1 play in all fantasy formats for Week 3.

  • Davante Adams Totals 121 Yards In Win

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams caught eight passes for 121 yards in the Packers 35-17 rout of the Lions in Week 2. Adams was highly productive with his nine targets, but quarterback Aaron Rodgers found running back Aaron Jones in the red zone for three short touchdown passes. Adams was lethal all over the field, highlighted by a 48-yard reception in the third quarter. Adams remains one of the elite receivers in the game.

  • Davante Adams Set Up For Monster Week 2

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams will have a very favorable matchup Week 2 against the Lions. Adams posted only five catches for 56 yards in Week 1 but will go up against a Lions secondary already in disarray with cornerback Jeff Okudah out for the season. The Lions allowed the third most fantasy points to receivers last season and allowed 19 total touchdowns to the position. Adams was quiet in his first game against the Lions last season but went on to rip them up for seven catches with 115 yards and one touchdown in Week 14. Adams is an easy fantasy call to start in Week 2.

  • Davante Adams Won't Have Contract Extension By Week 1

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams said: "no, no chance" on the chances of getting a contract extension before the season opener. The Packers reportedly will continue contract extensions with the 28-year-old during the regular season, but it's unlikely to happen before Week 1. Adams hauled in 115 catches for 1,374 yards and 18 touchdowns over 14 games in 2020. The Packers star wideout is seeking around $20M plus annually. With or without a new contract, Adams should once again finish as one of the top wide receivers in fantasy in 2021.
